The company is good,you will have a lot to learn. Also the hike and promotions are good but the work life balance is what you can’t find in such startup’s.

Dislikes

No work life balance, politics sometimes, unorganised highly-the Company uses its own tools for the analysis, so as a BA you need to learn those tools,you can’t learn the universal tools which are used worldwide.

The work environment is dynamic and friendly. You will learn a lot in the initial phase. Volunteering for activities helps you pick up more skills.

Dislikes

The boundary between work and personal spaces blurs and you would have to bring it into your life. Learning stops after a point but everyone behaves like it is constant and whole. Expectations are high but it is not rewarded equally. Pay is mediocre. The harder you work the more you are loaded with work because management does not distribute load properly and is focused on useless and unnecessary details. Claims to be growth oriented but has been struggling with attrition because of these reasons.
