We are confident you have seen other recruiters given the opportunity to manage clients and delivery responsibilities. We have generous PIP planning to address any individual performance issues, with plenty of support and flexibility for them. However, if individuals cannot meet basic expectations for quality submissions and regular availability, we regret that we cannot sustain a long working relationship. We offer salary hikes twice yearly for deserving employees and hold open discussions to address any concerns. Despite our best efforts, this engagement was less productive than anticipated.
