Company is good. But senior employees also put their work on the hands of employees below them. Which will not be told to you at the time of joining the job. It is a 24 hour job. If there is any problem with the customer then it is up to you to understand. If the police comes, go to the police station yourself. No senior employee will even come to ask. There is nothing in the name of growth. 5to6 Working in the same position since. If asked for salary increment, leave the job but you will not get the increment. As long as you understand the people of a PG, you will be able to build your relationship. By then the plan to send you to another place would be ready. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
