Nothing, what could you possibly like in a company where you work 6/7 days a week with an average of 10 hours without any appreciation? Neither the founder nor the team management knows what they want, every day they open a new website show it to the developer, and then ask them to copy it by the end of the day. If you are not able to do it, then be ready to listen to BS. The founder's favorite line is, this thing can be done in only 15 minutes dude, why did you take a full day for it? Everything, workplace work culture, what can I include? everything about this company is crazy they are looking for someone who has no life after work, if you want to be one, kindly join them. also, they are super desperate to hire anyone. The employee retention rate is 4 months, if someone can cross this, hats off.
