I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Over all this company is only for Female not for male staff.. Because MD is totally blind only believe on HR staff Shalini chadda & Harleen they are totally waste fellow.... They both thinks they are running this company... It's not only my views all male staff are not satisfied..
