User Friendly and Simple Culture. Lots of work, no worries. Management are very much encouraging and motivating every time. HR policies are very flexible and cool, we don't have to worry.

Dislikes

Onsite rotation would help others to explore opportunities. Compensation is decent but growth needs to be speed up.

Exposure to the new technologies which are currently dominating the Market and also the training they provide to work on that field.

Dislikes

There is no such dislike but as it's a growing company there are some but we can ignore them. Like infrastructure is in building state employee need to work from home. I guess it's okay as most of the employees are happy to work from home at there own comfort.
