Work life balance can be improved a bit; depends on your role though and how well you can manage your time.

Work Details

I currently head a team of 60-70 (engineers & managers) that work on various delivery tracks. My primary responsibilities are successful deliveries & customer satisfaction. Account mining is also part of my role.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
