The policies implemented by individuals Vaibhav and Runika are subpar and there is an evident absence of effective leadership. The imposition of M3- M4 policies, even for recruiters who have just joined the company, showcases an inflexible approach that doesn't consider new hires' varying needs and experiences. The company also imposes excessive work pressure without offering poor support or incentives.
