Regular Connect with the leads is one of the great feature of this company. Leaders along with Owner of the firm connect with all and share the progress and planning of all process and growth related to the company. Leave policy is one of the best.

I have yet to discover any dislike point. I have joined the firm 10 months back and since then I have gradually build my liking towards the firm.

Here at Zigram Ratio of Women to Men is excellent. More women are working than Men. Menstrual Leaves are given to women. While it boasts the accolade of being a 'Great Place to Work', the reality is quite the opposite. Effective communication with senior management & one's direct supervision is severely lacking. Instead of providing adequate guidance, there is an expectation for employees to handle entire tasks without sufficient explanations, assuming an unrealistic level of knowledge. Attempts to tackle assignments independently, using the available understanding, results in reprimands rather than constructive feedback. Seeing clarification from managers yields brief, unhelpful responses after a delay of 2-3 days. However, despite numerous individual reaching to the HR to address this concern, no correction measure were implemented. Disturbingly there has been instances of abrupt layoffs without prior warnings, exacerbating the existing challenges within the workspace....Read More
