While it boasts the accolade of being a 'Great Place to Work', the reality is quite the opposite. Effective communication with senior management & one's direct supervision is severely lacking. Instead of providing adequate guidance, there is an expectation for employees to handle entire tasks without sufficient explanations, assuming an unrealistic level of knowledge. Attempts to tackle assignments independently, using the available understanding, results in reprimands rather than constructive feedback. Seeing clarification from managers yields brief, unhelpful responses after a delay of 2-3 days. However, despite numerous individual reaching to the HR to address this concern, no correction measure were implemented.
