There is positive things to say about zieta.They are making money but they are not providing salary to employees.

Dislikes

Salary issue there is proper hike they won't respond for employees Pf will be credited after 6 months.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. They don't pay salary on time..Takes 3-4 months to pay and also only 1 month salary and give a work load, How a person will manage without salary out of home town..Also If you raise the voice against this than the Management tells to terminate you.. Worst company ever. They actually stealing the amount from the resources. I felt very bad by their behavior. You need to beg them for your monthly salary. They will credit salary after 20th of every month. To get that also you need to beg them ... This company should be banned and they have to be arrested. The company has a consistent pattern of delaying salaries, and if you inquire about it, you will be treated with humiliation as if you have committed a serious crime. If you are a developer or come from a technical background, be prepared for your salary to be delayed by 4-5 months from the date of joining.
