The company itself is good, but the management is engaged in office politics and has completely forgotten about paying salaries on time, which is unacceptable. Some individuals may have thought they were doing the right thing, but karma will eventually catch up with them, and they will understand the consequences If you want to learn, you can join without worrying about the salary, as you'll gain real-time exposure. During the hard times like now during COVID-19, the company doesn't care about employees they have decided to put employees on 2months of unpaid leaves because company doesn't have projects and also after 2 months if their's no projects then they have decided employees to lay off.

Dislikes

If in a company that any individual is working have some problem, then every company has a HR department who can help them. Now think if HR itself is a department with whom you are having problem who will address those and solve. They doesn't care of your well being, just do their work and spend your money for company project travelling (Cabs, food, Toll). Currently their's 8Months of salary delay i don't even know why the company is still running.
