100% Customer Retention. The company makes us feel like family. The upper management follows open door policy, everyone is approachable. Never say no while applying for leaves. They prefer all communication on shared group so full transparency. They ask us neither to extend our shifts nor login early, strictly.

Dislikes

Well, I would say, we need to understand we are a growing company and with that we have learnt a lot and working on shortcomings. People who don't understand it may take it as dislike, but as I see it, we take it as a new learning. Hence, no dislike, only great learnings.

Working at Zeztrix for the past 2 years has been an exhilarating ride! The fast-paced startup environment keeps me on my toes, and I love how we're constantly evolving. It's exciting to be part of something that's growing so, quickly. Our HR team is fantastic - they've been incredibly supportive from day one, helping me navigate thecompany culture and providing assistance whenever I need it. On the flip side, the rapid growth means things can get a bit chaotic at times. Management changes are frequent as we build our dream team, which can be a bit unsettling. Nothing as such. It's a family run business hence they don't have an idea how an organization works.

Dislikes

Salary is not competitive enough, no job security since they follow HIRE and FIRE rule. If they don't like your work, you wouldn't be given any warning or won't be put on PIP for further evaluation. There's lot of internal politics since the MD is all concerned about her growth and how to play blame game on others.
