Salary is not competitive enough, no job security since they follow HIRE and FIRE rule. If they don't like your work, you wouldn't be given any warning or won't be put on PIP for further evaluation. There's lot of internal politics since the MD is all concerned about her growth and how to play blame game on others.

The company consistently fails to make timely payments and uses manipulative tactics to retain employees. Promised work benefits are often retracted with claims that employees misunderstood the offer. There are numerous issues, and overall, it does not seem worth staying.
