100% Customer Retention. The company makes us feel like family. The upper management follows open door policy, everyone is approachable. Never say no while applying for leaves. They prefer all communication on shared group so full transparency. They ask us neither to extend our shifts nor login early, strictly.

Dislikes

Well, I would say, we need to understand we are a growing company and with that we have learnt a lot and working on shortcomings. People who don't understand it may take it as dislike, but as I see it, we take it as a new learning. Hence, no dislike, only great learnings.
