They are just hire developers for clients only , and just deploy developers on client side, where client behaive with these developers like a servent, no work life balance, no security, no life make life hell by selling devepers to clients that theser are 5 years of exp 10 years of exp no life balance its a dealer company selling developers for commission only

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of a team that makes reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and work happily in collaborations.

The company sucks the soul out of employees by piling them 100s of projects The managers give false promises to clients which when failed causes developer to suffer No self respect whatsoever as even when you leave they'll hold your variable hostage and threaten you with legal

Management is not proper and veryy poor , all of them are non technical and not even practical try to complemete 4 dats development in 2 hours which compromises the quality of product. And managers are non technical resulting in unrealistic deadlines creating pressure on developers.
