They tell you everything good during the hiring process, gives you good compensation - but this is only to fulfill their temporary project requirements. no job security at all. Do not join, they may ruin your career.

Unfortunately, there are very few opportunities for career or personal development. There is little to no focus on employee growth and skill building which makes it hard to advance in your role or learn new skills. Moreover, job security is significant issue.
