The workload is consistently heavy, which makes it difficult to manage work life balance. There is often pressure to meet tight deadlines with limited support. Which can lead to burnout. Unfortunately, there are very few opportunities for career or personal development. There is little to no focus on employee growth and skill building which makes it hard to advance in your role or learn new skills. Moreover, job security is significant issue. The lack of clear communication about the future of roles and sudden change in staffing create and environment of uncertainty.
