I like the current zensar work culture and I also take part in various culture activities. The staffs are supportive and I can approach the seniors regarding any problem I am facing while performing tasks. The zensar technologies salaries for fresher are up to the industrial standards. I am benefitting from the zensar work-life balance as I can spend a good time with my family.

Zensar is good company, has the vision to be the best software company globally, which makes me feel proud to be a part of it. The company's value are open, honest, ethical and professional. I had multiple opportunity to work on complex technical programs of scale and impact the business. Some good projects at Zensar were under my management, and the team worked with enthusiasm untill the very end. Zensar's work culture was open and friendly and the people I worked with were smart, diligent and cooperative. The management was encouraging ad listened to team member's opinion and issues.
