- I firstly like that we get quarterly bonus even though we do not do sales but we support the company. - I like the way the whole culture is all about here (especially growth) and the various international projects.

Firstly what I like about zencommerce is the type of different projects have, I have worked on various international projects which I never thought of... sometimes I got chance to interact with foreign people which enhance my communication skill and also my confidence. So I must say here today that Zencommerce is a better place to work and also to learn many things. They have there own software like shopify which shopkeepers are using to manage there store activity. I am happy I was part of this company. Sometimes there is tight deadline of clients so we have to work under pressure but I like this pressure as today I am able to deal with anything.

CEO and Manager thinks they own your life just because you are getting paid They will commit a lot of things and wont give you anything Getting appraisal is a joke They will ask you to stretched your working hours everyday 2-3 hours basically they are hiring you to work for 12 hours a day

I started my career with this company in the year of 2015 and worked for 3 years. I would say the growth and learning factor was good. Overall experience is also good, I learnt lot from my reporting manager. I got new opportunity to work with International client and able to understand the indepth of designing, (what is fine work etc) working with such client. As such there was nothing which I dislike about this company, but only one thing I would like to say that my manager is used to do Micromanaging of task, and that was causing late sitting. I understand delivery quality work to client is their first motive and that is the reason sometime overtime was there.
