There is no growth in this company This management follows a family business mindset Especially in the hr department The hr lady does not respond to employees concerns She comes to office only to eat and sleep in her room She is slow to respond and employees have to message her repeatedly almost like a servents do not expect work life balance here The higher management consists of family members and you must act like a servent to them if you want appraisal or recognition There is nothing more to say about this company - just terrible experience That HR lady is particular Go and join another company...Read More
