I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Very worst company i have ever seen. You are a office staff eventhough management saying headcount level is more so you leaving this company suddenly. So dont trust this company. Management treat like machine not like a humans. Salary also very worst. Promotion hike percentage only 1000 giving. If u asked more percentage , managment simple saying hike percentage is not mantatory.
