NO JOB SECURITY AT ALL, THIS COMPANY CAN FIRE YOU WHENEVER THEY WANT. As well as they will deduct large amount from your salary with multiple reasons such as late coming to office or missed to apply leave in portal etc. this is very small scale organisation with limited small projects which can shutdown anytime. micro management andharressment of employees is everyday task in this company. HR and hiring manager can give false promises and good salary hike to join them but dont get attracted towards the same. There is much politics within the teams and employees who have closer relations to manager only those can get good career opportunities.
