The work-life balance is nonexistent. I was expected to work long hours with no recognition.

Dislikes

Employees are treated as expendable, not valued members of the team. The pressure to conform is overwhelming. You’ll find that being yourself is not an option here. Promotions are handed out based on favoritism, not merit. It’s clear that employee well-being isn’t a priority. Morale is low, and it shows in productivity.

I used to enjoy my job, but now it feels like a constant struggle. The lack of motivation is suffocating. The promotion process is completely arbitrary and favors the most unqualified people. It’s demoralizing.

Hard work is often ignored. Recognition only goes to those who play politics well. It's a cutthroat environment where only the strong survive, and everyone else is expendable.

Dislikes

The company doesn’t seem to have a clear path forward, leading to confusion and frustration. I've seen so many talented people leave because of the toxic environment and lack of support. I wish I had listened to the red flags during the interview process. This job has been a huge disappointment.

The company’s policies seem arbitrary and are often applied unevenly. It’s impossible to know what’s expected.

Dislikes

The hours are long, but the payoff is minimal; I don’t recommend it. If you’re not part of the inner circle, don’t expect any support or recognition for your hard work.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
