Right from the start , I began working with some managers in this office . They had a friendly nature and would nicely guide me . Even When i was familiar with some work , they would never deny guiding me again . Under their leadership , I have brushed up my skills as well . I am grateful to these managers for always encouraging me and providing me with their support .

A pleasing atmosphere has prevailed in this office . I am Not feeling any kind of discomfort as a new employee . Rather , the team takes the initiative to talk to me and learn about me . In any new office , it can be time-taking to be a part of the team . At Z1 tech , however , the team has made me feel included .

HR remains occupied at times . So, Requests may sometimes be processed late . but eventually , they are processed .

I share a good understanding with my colleagues, some of whom are my seniors. Even when we don't work directly, we share good terms and try to help each other in every possible way. I have been able to learn a lot from seniors like Gaurav sehdev. They have a positive mindset, enough to influence me greatly.

Most things seem to be satisfactory. But more work-related resources can be added to make things better.
