Working at Z1 tech has provided me with firsthand experience in a high-pressure sales environment where performance is measured solely based on daily target achievements. However, the relentless expectation to work 24/7, including Saturdays and Sundays, with no provision for leaves, is extremely demanding and unsustainable. This expe ctation disregards the importance of work-life balance and fails to acknowledge the need for rest and recuperation. It puts undue stress on employees and can lead to burnout. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Furthermore, the decision to mark a leave taken during the notice period as LOP (Loss of Pay), regardless of meeting daily targets and contributing to revenue generation, is unjust and demoralizing</mark>. It highlights a lack of appreciation for employees' dedication and performance. There are no such opportunities for growth here, urgent reforms are imperative to establish fair and supportive policies. Management must prioritize a more flexible and equitable approach that values employees' contributions and well-being. BEWARE if they give you remote working opportunity, as they will as you to come back to office if you are not able to achieve daily targets. Work Culture is okay.. But the management is worst.. Specially in media buying.. You need to work on weekends as well. No personal life... Every time need to take care of campaigns even in morning or 1 am in night.. 0 job security.. Unprofessional manger.. They treat you like you are in school are they are teacher / principle.. Pay is okay but they destroy you overall work life balance ... They even install some software in laptop called desktime when is take screenshot without telling full on micromanagement.....Read More
