Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇

Basically I was just here for the salary. I will leave once I will complete my 1 year in the organisation.

Dislikes

Owner is the manager. He micromanages everything. We have to work for more than 9 hour. There's no PF. They don't even give National holidays. Work pressure is immense. If we were 2 minutes late they cut the salary. Moreover they do not give the exact salary to the employees which they show in the audit, neither they offer appointment letter.

Friendly people and within a small organisation.

Dislikes

No Opportunity for Growth. Monotonous and repetitive work of a 3rd grade 4th grade. Very less Salary Hikes. Least number of leaves allowed even during festivals. Constant Job pressure by the owner himself.
