By not paying the salary for 3-4 months that too after working.

Dislikes

No salary on time never will you receive the salary before 12-15 dates even when the pay is from 21 to 20. No family benefits (if given then also major facilities removes) No PF No system of working... they need the working style and reports as a MNC culture but fail to reciprocate the same. When you work and give lakhs of profit they will not share a 0.0001 % but when there is loss (due to market situation) the they will ask you deduction your salary , not pay the expenses ... etc..list is long... one who wants to work should define your terms and conditions before hand... then join.. or else they will misuse you....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
