As a new mom, I am thankful of their support for women returning from maternity leave. I receive 26 weeks of paid maternity leave that lets me focus on my baby without worrying about work. The work environment is nice. Everyone is helpful, and there is a good mix of independence and teamwork. It's not a perfect place but I am seeing efforts being made to improve continuously. Lots of activities and social events are organized.
