The work culture here is challenging but it's collaborative. Professional growth is priority, with ample learning on job. Management is apporachable and open communication. Felxibility in work hours but no WHO. In the unfortunate event of an employee's demise or permaent disability, the nominated beneficiary receives five years of the gross CTC.

Despite the support, there are times when resources are stretched thin, making it challenging to meet all project demands. No WFH

It is the best place in terms of inclusion and diversity. I joined recently but have seen they have got recognition for this and I feel YUBI deserves this.
