The work culture here is challenging but it's collaborative. Professional growth is priority, with ample learning on job. Management is apporachable and open communication. The leave policy is poor. Getting leave approval is difficult, and you still get calls when on leave. You can only take 2 days off for religious or other occasions, with few holidays. Deadlines are too tight. There's no time for proper work, and features are undone due to unclear requirements. There's no learning or growth in my team.
