I have got the opportunities to work with some of the best clients and I genuinely feel like there is so much to learn. Work atmosphere is great,you can get support and guidance from seniors if you know how to open up about your issues. Below par salary, cheap labour, No/minimal increment, will promote and give you double work with a joke 15% hike. The company is gaming with the employees. No fixed working hours and still the HR team will cry for you to come to office and expect you to work post office hours late night as well. No extra pay for on call labour.

The leave policy is poor. Getting leave approval is difficult, and you still get calls when on leave. You can only take 2 days off for religious or other occasions, with few holidays.
