My journey is going well. The company is growing and expanding into new areas. The latest acquisitions were a big step and it's nice to work in a place that is thinking ahead and staying relevant. I have learned so much about how the credit market works. The senior management is also active and easy to reach out to.

Dislikes

Rapid growth and constant acquisitions make it hard to keep up with new systems and processes. You need to be adaptable and a quick learner.

I developed my core skills, received a good salary package, and gained the right skills, knowledge, and experience.

Yubi gives a good platform to freshers. I got training and a chance to work with seniors from the beginning. Learned a lot through practical projects. Apart from work, there are good networking opportunities and pay is also good.

Such a high paced environment. Work hard or else get frequent feedback from managers.

Business requirements often change rapidly and so we have to rework there are no clear documentation process incident response teams sometimes face high pressure situations.

-No work life balance -manager will call, send whatsapp or ping after work hours even weekends -they give meetings and work on saturday also -too many deadlines and work pressure -very less remote work

Skill upgrades are expected from leaders, but no proper guidance is given. I think, if they are expecting something from employees, they should be clear with their requirements and should consider investing in initiatives that would make it easy for employees to progress, Give us clarity on what skills you need us to focus on more that would be helpful for the company.

Good learning opportunities but depends on team.

Below par salary, cheap labour, No/minimal increment, will promote and give you double work with a joke 15% hike. The company is gaming with the employees. No fixed working hours and still the HR team will cry for you to come to office and expect you to work post office hours late night as well. No extra pay for on call labour.
