Payscale is very good. Good work-life balance in a few teams.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No perks. Not even free food in the name of cost-cutting. No learning scope. You are expected to solve tasks and projects in which most of the freshers are not even familiar with. Personally, I had to work on Ruby (Zero prior experience), Java, Nodejs(Zero prior experience) Jenkins, Docker (zero prior experience). No job security. even some senior staff are not happy with the company.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
