Working at Arogyam YourPhysio gives you enormous opportunities to grow & develop personally & professionally. The work culture is great as there's give & take policy even if you're a junior.

Dislikes

The tie-up between Arogyam & YourPhysio is working very nicely but there are certain loopholes which needs to be identified & looked after.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
