1. New problems to solve daily working with multiple teams. 2. Young crowd and few really good and hardworking people taking the company forward. 3. Independence on decision making, flat hierarchy. 4. In spite of it being just a 1 year old start up trying to set its foothold, salaries get credited every month (although sometimes with a few days of delay).

Dislikes

1. Regular Pivot on the ideas. 2. Lots of people to boast about what they have done and can do, very few people to actually execute. 3. Weak mechanism to make non performing people accountable.

It should be Called Kyukraft or whykraft instead of Youkraft. Whatever you read online reading funding is false stories no money in company account to pay basic dm Salaries. Huge Salaries But no commitment of Salary Date takes almost 2 salary cycles to pay. Lots of meetings Plans but EOD No Meetings and even no clue to attendees. You can easily learn how to waste a day here. Founder is like myth here u can only imagine but can't see or meet. Co-foundes are always busy only God knows where. Nothing to be liked at Youkraft. Management is a set of the worst and incompetent people. They are just ruining people' careers by making them join here and then firing them for stupid and unreasonable reasons.

Everybody is made to give sales numbers, no wonder the security guard might also have some sale targets. And Manav Goel is the worst thing in Youkraft, only asks for absurd sale targets without any logic, Always delays vendor payments and employees' salaries, while ensuring the office environment remains worst by treating educated and industry experts like factory labour.
