I have never seen a company that is very much building a disciplined work force in the software field like them so dedicated and hardworking, this is defiantly not a company if you are looking for some WFH but part time kind of job , i have seen recently people joined and burnt the work environment. A nasty company or that lady mention below that asks you to work for them without paying them. if you raise question they stamping you as theft, fake, and fraud. don't join this company this is carier spoiler company. I have not seen many Mid size companies invest on the employees on learning purpose, this is one such company . They will arrange for training whenever asked. i think that is a great quality becauase that is growth , they are very committed teams that they push you on deliveries and deadlines which also a fine quality to survive in IT industry
