Even though i was in a Full time employee for one year only, they helped a lot to enhance the skills and work ability. Good salary package,Good hike and work life balance HR team are supportive and resolve everything timely. Monthly RnR sessions are held

I have never seen a company that is very much building a disciplined work force in the software field like them so dedicated and hardworking, this is defiantly not a company if you are looking for some WFH but part time kind of job , i have seen recently people joined and burnt the work environment. I have not seen many Mid size companies invest on the employees on learning purpose, this is one such company . They will arrange for training whenever asked. i think that is a great quality becauase that is growth , they are very committed teams that they push you on deliveries and deadlines which also a fine quality to survive in IT industry
