When he interviewed, he said me he have to train me many aspects as I haven't worked on the requirement that organization has. But it's been a month I've been there no training was given by him. He will flirt with girls and will fight with them for AC remote. He have an attitude that he is a manager infront of others but when CEO or COO comes he will shake his tail like a puppy. I didn't even like the way he took the interview. And the lady HR manager will put pressure on peers. Being a manager she should provide solution but she will put the blame on peers and yell at them.
