1.no work life balance. 2. Last Allocation of cases is after office hours, despite raising this to senior management there is no help, rather they behave like helpless and order us to work overtime. 3.threat is given indirectly for laying off if not working over time . 4.no Saturday or Sunday, have to work on weekends and most holidays. 5.senior management pressurizes to close the allocations on same day, which usually gets closed late night because of the last Allocation timing. 6.incapable seniors, partial top management, politically abusive seniors., with no knowledge. 7.never join this co. Top management (Zonal Head, Cluster Head, Branch Manager), they all are worst people. They even don’t know how to talk with their juniors. They don’t show any respect towards them. They even don’t hesitate to insult in front of customers. Educate them some manners. Zonal head and cluster head will be beaten or gets insulted by junior staff, if they will not improve themself.

SSM are using abuse language. Starting of the day they taking huddle of 2hr and in the evening also same 2hr huddle. They treating us like we are in the school. In every 1hr they call. Randomly send for the cold call and then ask for the productivity along with closure. They call to work on non working days. Every 2 months changes the branch also
