Company culture is only worst right now no work life balance. In affluent channel no job security. Only on pure sales . Sirf casa laao funding kisi ki jeb churaao k laao ya kahi se laao bas laao and Life insurance becho nothing else as bank yes bank worst place to work right now.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
