Top management (Zonal Head, Cluster Head, Branch Manager), they all are worst people. They even don’t know how to talk with their juniors. They don’t show any respect towards them. They even don’t hesitate to insult in front of customers. Educate them some manners. Zonal head and cluster head will be beaten or gets insulted by junior staff, if they will not improve themself.

Dear team, I left this job after resigning but I had a job in Kotak Bank but my branch manager got a verification call and he told me I was terminated, he said this to Rahul Pandit If I am terminated, where did I get the releasing latter from and why am I not able to pay the loan EMI Very bad work life balance in yes bank Regards Rahul Pandit

Sales...If we completes the target also they don't leave us continuously put pressure on daily basis and incentives structure is very poor

SSM are using abuse language. Starting of the day they taking huddle of 2hr and in the evening also same 2hr huddle. They treating us like we are in the school. In every 1hr they call. Randomly send for the cold call and then ask for the productivity along with closure. They call to work on non working days. Every 2 months changes the branch also
