Dislike thing is no growth, no increment , partiality , keep agents till 9th o clock from 9 o clock pressurized the agent a lot , and if someone do cross question TL will pointout him everyday till he will not resign

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
