Advice required wrt - Which Bank to Join and Non breaching of Service Agreement

Dear All, I am currently working as a RM drawing a salary around 8.5 LPA having a banking experience of 2 years and total work experience in Sales of 4 years. I am looking forward to a role as Wealth RM/Affluent RM. Which Bank should I focus more to grow higher and faster? Also, In my current organisation there is a service agreement of 2 years which will be completing in beginning of May, I want to ask if I not want to break this agreement and don’t want to pay anything to my current organisation, which scenario will not attract any compensation to company:- 1. I should wait till the 2 years completion then put resignation. 2. I can put resignation but my reliving date should be later than my 2 years completion. 3. I can put resignation post 1st April, as I am having 90 days notice period, 2 years completion agreement will not hamper and can request for early relieving post 2 years completion date. Please guide here.

If you can Id suggest waiting until May to be on the safe side. But if you can negotiate your release date its worth asking hr.

Bhai if you want to avoid any compensation issues best is to wait till the 2 years are done and then submit your resignation. But also talk to hr about early release after May. They might be flexible. 🙄

Id say scenario 2 seems safe .. resign post 2 years but keep your relieving date later. You will be in the clear.

Bro I will go with scenario 1. Wait till 2 years are done to keep things clean no drama 😂
