The company offers a pretty comfortable work environment and readily adopts the latest technology. I feel proud to be a part of a process centric team that ethically caters to its client base. Highly reliable and secure banking services. The process is very stringent and it is quite difficult to circumvent them. It is one of the robust bank to work with.

Dislikes

They also believe in the quality or value of the customers and are not very concerned with the customers. There are ready to forgo not so profitable customers. And in recent years they are delivering bad and delayed customer services. So in this case, I can say that Yes is a bit inhuman bank.

The product features are absolutely fantastic, few teammates are very helpful, when I was joined the organisation it was much better but gradually the retails branch banking is in question mark...!!!
