Bank is very good but management is worse of the worst. No wonder why Yes Bank did loose their share price.

Zero atticates, use of foul language, no culture, zero support, no job security, you can get degrade easily, and management can fire you any time they want.

Nothing. No HR policy. You will be hired as RM and after six month you will be forced to shift to Sales Officer. One of my friends join as SSM and after few month designation change to SM exim who reported to SSM.

Those who want to ruin their career, nothing have to do, just join YES BANK. RH, HR, ZH will automatically ruin your careers. HR is the most nalla department in the bank. Organisation make HR as puppet now a days. If RH told him to stand, he will stand no soon. And if RH said to sit , he sit automatically

1.no work life balance. 2. Last Allocation of cases is after office hours, despite raising this to senior management there is no help, rather they behave like helpless and order us to work overtime. 3.threat is given indirectly for laying off if not working over time . 4.no Saturday or Sunday, have to work on weekends and most holidays. 5.senior management pressurizes to close the allocations on same day, which usually gets closed late night because of the last Allocation timing. 6.incapable seniors, partial top management, politically abusive seniors., with no knowledge. 7.never join this co.
