Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is good. Appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but no career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. No additional benefits are given.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
