There is no parking facility available for employees, they have to bear at their own, it will cost 84k for car and 24k for bike annually, managers here are full of ego, if you say something then they will take it on their ego, no appraisal. No perks and benefits.

Being a consultant, you'll get to learn a lot.

india business culture was terrible, founder was barely interested in the employees well being, salary difference for same role is very high. if they lose client they force employee to either quite or move to another city without hike. you'll have to bear client whatever they demand your manager wont support you. so all in all not a good organisation for long term

Firstly I would like to say about Consus is that the working culture they provide to their employees....it was really outstanding journey with them I wanted to keep continue with them but I am very unfortunate in this case as I am not well as now a days I am facing health problems.

Nothing is like that to say in disliking about Consus although it was small journey with them but was really amazing.

Too small to be a consulting company. But can grow and become big. Career graph can rise at a better speed than other companies.

Job security is less and can be effecting if they don't have projects in kitty. Work culture is okay. Not many experts in the field. Policies are not upto the mark yet.

Bad culture. Run with a motive to exploit employees and customers too. Uses legal proceeds a weapon to fleece customers and emplo. For company of its size, the number of suits serve as proof.

Dislikes

Treats employees like commodities. Look at the very high attrition rate at this company. Mostly hire freshers and early career aspirants and exploits them.
