I'm benarji, worked as S&M ( Sales and Marketing) Trainer in Atmakur AP Location, 1. Nothing likes in the Organization

1. 100% Field Job with No petrol Expenses 2. Full of internal Politics 3.No Proper Management / Every day we start with new job role and responsibility 4. No Salary increment 5. While onboarding to company they told to cover 30-40kms radius from Base location, but we need to visit daily Guntur location which is aprx 60-80kms Up and 60-80 kms retun to base location ( Total 120-160 kms ) in a day we need to cover without Petrol Expenses. 6. salary was too late ( 10th on every Month) 7. Without Proper Expenses we need to cover different Locations like, Vizianagaram, Srikakulam, Anathapur dist this was not infom while Joining 8. Total Toxic Work Culture and Poor in Handling Team S&M Head ( Suyogy) 9. One day we need to work as Telecaller, one day we need to work as Trainer, one day we need to work as field executive No proper role and Responsibility 10. total waste company - wasted my career in this organization...Read More
