Poor management, terrible work culture, any decision/changes can be made overnight by the senior authorities without any intimation. Doesn't matter how many months you're performing continuously but only a single month for some reason if you're unable to perform you're considered as non-eligible for the position. Office politics at the top specially for the manager level. If you're good at buttering then your job is secure otherwise not. Incentives are paid next-to-next month that also in a percentage wise on behalf of the performance of two months. Deduction is something which you wouldn't be surprised of as they have there own 1000 reasons for deducting from your salary and incentives....Read More

All decisions are data-driven including regrettable terminations. This meritocratic culture eliminates any reason to flatter or please anyone to get support, for continuity or growth. During your time with us, you would have seen deserving performers across genders being promoted to leadership positions. For us integrity is prime & we reinforce ethical standards in the work practices all the time. Penalties, if any, would be for any incorrect practice adopted by any member. Employees are informed of the monthly targets they must meet to qualify for commissions, with minimum billing requirements that are regularly communicated by their managers. Weekly updates on these targets, along with comprehensive product training and continuous support, are provided to help employees succeed and grow within the organization. Regular feedback is also offered by senior leaders to identify improvement areas, ensuring corrective actions are taken to help meet targets. Unfortunately, it seems that this has not been your experience, and we regret that. Always try to find minor faults and humiliate in front of everyone. 15 Days training but no use because we shall not take notes home keep there itself as its against protocol. We say so, because as someone working with us full time, you are fully aware that none of it is right, therefore your year long tenure with us. We do not penalize anyone for not meeting targets. It never happens. We have a rewarding work culture and a very aggressive incentive system. Anyone who met the assigned tasks and targets earned high incentives. We are happy to see our employees take over 50-60% of their salary as incentives. And this transparently driven through technology, leaving no scope for human intervention or bias. You too would have experienced it and/or seen your colleagues take the same. Penalty, if any, is usually for policy violation - excessive tardiness and uninformed absence from work. There is a basic expectation of discipline, professional behaviour and an outcome in the role you have been taken on for. In terms of operational flexibility and Sunday working, we operate seven days a week, allowing employees the autonomy to choose their designated day off. A strict working week is followed ensuring there is a weekly off on the chosen date, promoting a healthy work-life balance. This empowerment extends to selecting when to work and when to take breaks in accordance with our policies. We maintain transparency about our products/services and deliverables with clients as well. We ensure every client is counselled correctly, the deliverables of the service is sent as notes to the client and an invoice and service level agreement is issued for every service. Everything is in black and white. All this through an automated process. Clients are engaged and updated through regular service updates right through the process in keeping with the SLAs. We have earned our position as trusted advisors over the last 25 years and we work hard in ensuring we maintain that trust and do not do anything for short term gains. Integrity is a core value with us and this reiterated to our colleagues working with us regularly on treating our clients and doing our job ethically and with empathy. Again, you too have received many communications on ethics at work, in your time with us. It does appear that you are dissatisfied about your work and are facing difficulties with your work and targets.
