Dear Colleague, Thank you for your feedback. We offer to all our colleagues a great opportunity at learning, meaningful work, earnings, growth and stability. We ensure we pay out salaries on time and have never ever defaulted on salaries even in the most unprecedented of times. Providing that financial certainty and security is important to us. We wanted to especially address the dissatisfaction you feel about politics undermining performance. Our performance metrics are clear and transparent. The technology we use has been an enabler of that transparency and defined metrics. As you are aware, right from assignment of prospects/leads, to the activity - calls, tasks and results are all managed through a seamless tech driven process with little or no scope for human intervention and bias. Training and ongoing support is continuously provided to all. Our rewards, incentives and appraisals are purely based on these clearly measurable metrics. It is all too visible for politics then to play a role in favouring a non-performer. That is not possible. We are certain you have experienced it too as a user of the systems & applications we have in place to help you manage your learning, work and performance. However, if you feel otherwise or have been a witness to it, we encourage you to get in touch with HR on this. We will review and take the needed action as deemed necessary, to correct this. Learning is a core value for us, and we invest significantly in training. We schedule monthly training sessions and refreshers to empower our team with knowledge, and we are glad to hear that you found this beneficial. Our workweek is intentionally structured to support a healthy work-life balance. We expect everyone to be disciplined, professional and responsible at work. Feedback being given on adherence to policies & performance should not be misconstrued as impertinence, politics or lack of management. Feedback is not always easy to accept, however, constructive feedback is given to reiterate desired behaviours and for positive growth Our policies are fair and transparent, communicated through extensive orientation, regular surveys, and ongoing check-ins by HR. The policies are accessible via our HRMS system at all times. We do not penalize anyone who does their job with diligence and responsibly. We have a rewarding work culture and a very aggressive incentive system. The dissatisfaction expressed here we see has come from the constant reiteration of essential conduct and behaviour, in line with our values. We are happy to see so many of our colleagues learn and grow in their careers with us. Regret, it hasn’t been so with you.

Our structured workweek is designed to prevent excessive work hours or seven-day schedules while offering flexibility for team members to choose their preferred days off. While punctuality and leave management are important, this flexibility supports a balance between professional and personal commitments. Employees who consistently meet their targets and responsibilities are not required to work on Sundays. We ensure that employees receive sufficient breaks throughout the day, allowing time to recharge and maintain focus. The daily break durations are thoughtfully planned to promote well-being and sustained productivity. It is essential that the drive to perform and stay engaged remains strong. We emphasize commitment to assigned responsibilities, ensuring productivity is upheld at all times. Non-compliance with policies—such as irregular attendance, tardiness, or excessive breaks—may require corrective action to maintain our standards. Our goal is to foster a professional, empowering workplace that encourages autonomy and accountability. We trust employees to manage their time effectively without the need for micromanagement or rigid oversight.
